Land Certificate 的完整名称为： Land Court Certificate。
在每次 Land 被销售或者转让的时候，Land Court Certificate 都需要重新注册。
Subdivided
如果一个 Land 是 Subdivided 的话，那么这个 Land 就不能称为 【Certificate】 而应该称为【Registered】
