Addendum（附录）你有可能会遇到也有可能不会遇到。
这个文书的主要用途是针对已经生效的合同进行某些修改，比如说延长交付的时间，因为某些原因可能需要对合同进行修改。
因为对合同进行修改我们不会也不可能在老的合同上将合同的内容进行删除或者修改然后再双方签字。我们这个时候就需要使用 Addendum，更加需要修改合同的一方进行起草，然后买方和买方同时签字后才能生效，如果任何一方不签字是不会生效的。
针对每一个州的法律文书不同，这个也有一些差异，但是绝大部分情况都是大同小异。
不同州的 Agent 基本上都会拷贝使用 Realtor 提供的标准样式进行修改。
可能的情况
例如你可能需要在下面的情况中让双方重新签署 Addendum：

需要注意的地方
Addendum 需要双方签字才能生效，单方面签字是没有用的。
基本上你的 Agent 会帮你准备需要修改的内容，在签 Addendum 之前，Agent 之间都会进行一些沟通，然后确定下时间和内容后就会进行修改。
针对 Home Inspection 的内容，可能卖家不会同意你的要求的话，这里的金额可能还会需要进行调整。这个过程也可能会有好几天的时间进行沟通和协调。
