微软 Power automate 内存和 CPU 占用过高

微软 Power automate 在系统中的内存占用还是比较高。

要禁用自动启动，不要让 微软 Power automate 这个程序随着计算机的启动而启动。

每次启动后一段时间都这样，挺烦的。
