JIRA里没有子模块的概念。
组件是一个项目的子部分。组件用于将一个项目中的issues分组。
对于组件的操作有如下几个：
添加 - make new components under which issues can be classed.
删除 - remove a component from a project.
编辑 - Update/change the component details from a project.
选择默认的被指派人 - For enterprise edition you can set the default assignee for a particular component on issue creation.
