错误提示信息为：
Deprecation: config option `[picture].ENABLE_FEDERATED_AVATAR` present but it won't take effect because it has been moved to admin panel -> config setting
配置中的：
ENABLE_FEDERATED_AVATAR = true
可以进行删除。
但在你当前使用的新版 Gitea 中，这个选项已经不再从 app.ini 读取，而是移动到了 Admin Panel → Configuration Settings 中。因此即使你继续在 Docker Compose 或 app.ini 中设置它，也不会生效。
可以在后台中直接启用这个配置：
直接运行： docker compose up -d --force-recreate gitea 命令来对容器进行重新创建和更新。

完成容器重建后，可以看到没有上面的警告。
