PaaS 更像是一个脚手架。

通过这个脚手架我们来首先我们自己需要的应用。

第一个问题，PasS 可以完全对操作系统进行控制，显然是错误的。

例如，安装了 Azure 数据库后，你也没有办法可以修改安装这个数据库的操作系统，只有 Azure 可以对数据库的操作系统进行修改。
