# MySQL 和 MariaDB 之间的 JSON 支持

根据 RFC 7159 参考，MySQL 和 MariaDB 都能原生的支持 JSON。

MySQL 支持 JSON 的最低版本为 5.7。

其中的区别在于，MySQL 把 JSON 存储为 2 进制的对象，MariaDB 中的 JSON 数据存储为 String。
